Circuit Training

Circuit training is a high-intensity workout that involves a series of exercises performed in sequence with minimal rest, targeting different muscle groups and combining cardiovascular and strength training. You'll improve your overall fitness and build muscle.

Xtreme Hip Hop

 Get ready for a high-energy twist on traditional step aerobics! Our Xtreme Hip Hop classes combine old and new school hip hop beats that will have you moving, grooving, and burning serious calories. What classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of classes including Zumba, Xtreme Hip Hop (Step Aerobics), Line Dancing, Circuit Training, Kickboxing and Yoga. Each class is designed to cater to different fitness levels and goals. 

What are your operating hours?

Monday through Saturday. Our class schedules vary, so please check our schedule page for specific class times. 

Do I need to pre-register for classes?

While pre-registration is recommended to secure your spot for popular classes, it is not mandatory. You can register through our website or app. 

What should I wear to class?

We recommend comfortable workout attire that allows for movement, along with supportive athletic shoes. For Yoga, you may prefer non-slip socks. 

Do you offer classes for beginners?

Absolutely! All classes are designed to accommodate various skill levels, including beginners. Instructors will provide modifications as needed. 

Can I try a class before committing to a membership?

Yes! We offer a free trial class for first-time visitors. Just sign up on our website to reserve your spot. 

What are your membership options?

We offer the VIP Peach Pass which is a monthly fee of that includes unlimited classes specifically for Jeelan's Zumba, Line Dancing, Xtreme Hip Hop Step and Circuit Training. All other classes have a rate established by the individual instructors. If you don't have the VIP Peach Pass, then we also have a drop in rate option. VIP Peach Pass discounts are available for seniors (65+), law enforcement, first responders, active duty and retired military. 

Are there any age restrictions for classes?

Our classes are generally suitable for ages 13 and up. Please check with the instructor for specific age requirements for certain classes. 

What safety measures do you have in place?

We prioritize the health and safety of our members. Our facility is regularly cleaned and sanitized, and we follow all local health guidelines. 

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Please refer to our membership policy for details on cancellation procedures. 

Do you offer personal training session?

Yes! We have certified personal trainers available for one-on-one sessions. You can inquire about our personal training packages at the front desk or through our website. 

What should I bring to class?

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, a towel, and a mat if required for specific classes like Yoga. 

Are there any special events or workshops?

Yes! We frequently host special events and workshops. Check our Events page for the latest updates and registration details.
