Lisa Cash, a California native, began her fitness journey 25 years ago when she started taking kickboxing lessons with the renowned Billy Blanks at his studio in Sherman Oaks CA. Her passion for martial arts grew, and she pursued individual training in both boxing and kickboxing with private trainers. Over time, she gained experience as an assistant trainer, guiding others on their fitness journeys.
Now a certified instructor through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), Lisa combines this training with her extensive experience across a variety of fitness disciplines to create dynamic kickboxing and Circuit classes. In addition to her martial arts training, Lisa has also completed multiple half marathons, demonstrating her personal commitment to endurance and athleticism. Her classes offer high-energy and diverse workouts that push her clients to their fullest potential, no matter their fitness level.
